cosplay-help: Ahh, I had found one excellent pattern, but the site didn’t link to a source to buy it. ): You could try modifying this, this (the white one looks almost spot-on, except it would need sleeves), you could add another ruffle tier to this, or possibly shorten this and add sleeves. Her outfit reeks of the 80s, so you could check out some 80’s party girl photos for more inspiration. c:
